In conversation with a successful leader recently he said that he wants to feel successful all the time regardless of where he is with specific objectives. He often has a feeling of not knowing exactly where he is going but is excited and inspired about what he is doing and confident it will lead him where he needs to be.
How you define success is important. What advice would you give on defining success?
